I read this article with so much excitement and all I was thinking at the back of my mind is that this is truly a wonderful idea. I love the notion, it is simple, logical and sustainable. Genius!! I think this should be replicated all over the countries in the Sub-saharan Africa.

We were just in Tanzania and visited the Masai village of Oloirobi near the Crater and the family of a Masai who moved to Colorado to marry an American woman. As a result of our wonderful visit and the obviously terrible effects of wood fires in the bomas, we wanted to pursue some type of stove project starting with this family. Have you had any experience with your solar panels in Northern Tanzania? I see that you have had some experience with the Masai. We would be interested in knowing more about your solar efforts.

Many thanks,
Jane
