Since the New Yorker magazine’s article on “Stove Camp” we have had many question about the overlap between the domestic drive to reduce emissions and the international efforts. Even though there are wildly different technologies, cultures, purposes, etc. there is the underlying common thread that in every country, the goal is to reduce emissions, improve efficiency and bring technology to market that is culturally acceptable and cost effective enough to make consumers want to use it.

One thing I was curious about and couldn’t find in the report was the relative cost of the 5 stoves. I thought that should be an important consideration and be publicly available.
