Professor Amartay Sen, and Indian/Bengali who links development and freedom I hope is aware of this....a country reaching the G20s and eventually being categorized as middle income country? Things get a bit difficult when development is described with a clear deprivation of health.....so are development in the cities? in the labs? in the air and space? what percentage of the population are included in the definition of "development?" How should development be defined? So, what then is Development?
