A technical working group, comprised of individuals across USAID, has developed a results framework and is seeking public comment on the draft framework. We look forward to your comments and would especially like your opinion on the following questions:
* Is the Strategic Objective clear and achievable?
* Are the Intermediate Results (IRs) clearly stated?
* Do the subIRs encompass the results that are needed to achieve the IR?
